JAS Group Enterprise, Inc. is a New Jersey-based construction land development firm that brings a wealth of experience, teamwork, and senior leadership to every project. Our team of experienced professionals strives to add value from the outset, by virtue of our strong financial acumen and expert knowledge of the business of construction. We are a certified New Jersey Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), family-owned and operated since 2003. We maintain our headquarters in Princeton, NJ and offices in Hammonton and Trenton.

 JAS functions as Master Developer on its projects, handling all aspects of Due Diligence, Land Acquisition and Entitlement, and Horizontal Site Improvements, thereby preparing approved residential development lots for vertical construction. JAS team of professionals have a demonstrated history of simultaneously directing multiple projects to successful and timely completion.

JAS places heavy emphasis on the negotiation of Land Acquisition, which is critical to keeping project costs in line with profitable and affordable pricing in the target market. Through its expertise, transparency, and preparation, JAS establishes credibility and effective working relationships with local planning boards in Project communities. JAS takes strong interest in collaborating with local residents, community groups, and elected officials to ensure that all interested have a voice and participation in development Projects. JAS leadership and acquired talent for finding solutions to complex problems are vital to the strong reputation that it carries in the markets we serve.

As Master Developer, we oversee the entire development process including planning and design, permits and approvals, site work and construction.
