JAS Group Enterprise, Inc. is a New Jersey-based construction land development firm that brings a wealth of experience, teamwork, and senior leadership to every project. Our team of experienced professionals strives to add value from the outset, by virtue of our strong financial acumen and expert knowledge of the business of construction. We are a certified New Jersey Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), family-owned and operated since 2003. We maintain our headquarters in Princeton, NJ and offices in Hammonton and Trenton.

Michael Sawyer has accumulated more than 20 years successful real estate development projects. Following a career in Investment, Mr. Sawyer founded JAS Group Enterprise, Inc. with a focus on creating value in the New Jersey real estate market. JAS functions as Master Developer on its projects, handling all aspects of Due Diligence, Land Acquisition and Entitlement, and Horizontal Site Improvements, thereby preparing approved residential development lots for vertical construction. Mr. Sawyer and his team of professionals have a demonstrated history of simultaneously directing multiple projects to successful and timely completion.

Mr. Sawyer places heavy emphasis on the negotiation of Land Acquisition, which is critical to keeping project costs in line with profitable and affordable pricing in the target market. Through his expertise, transparency, and preparation, he establishes credibility and effective working relationships with local planning boards in Project communities. He takes strong interest in collaborating with local residents, community groups, and elected officials to ensure that all interested have a voice and participation in development Projects. Mr. Sawyer’s leadership and acquired talent for finding solutions to complex problems are vital to the strong reputation that JAS carries in the markets we serve.
